The alteration application form must be completed, and must be signed by all owners of the property.  Please review the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for a complete description of your responsibilities regarding Architectural Committee requirements and submittals. These documents can de found in the Declaration page, which can be accessed by clicking on the Declaration button on the upper left side of this page.
